Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At OBANAMI Transport & Multi Services INC., we are committed to providing reliable and professional transportation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked with our company.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

a) Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Service

Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).

b) Cancellation Between 24–48 Hours Before Service

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.

c) Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Service

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If OBANAMI Transport & Multi Services INC. cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical failure, weather conditions, driver emergency, etc.), customers will receive:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

If a customer believes the service provided did not meet agreed terms, they must submit a written complaint within 5 business days of the service date. Refunds in such cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions beyond company control

  • Incorrect pickup information provided by the customer

  • Failure to provide required documentation (if applicable)
